Multi-Panel E-Commerce

Challenge

Ops teams need separate panels (admin, warehouse, basket-picker, postman) while sharing one product and order domain. Customers need a storefront — including PWA — that does not expose internal tooling density.

My role

Built front-end panels and storefront with Next.js and Redux across complex operational flows. Focused on role-specific dashboards and keeping client state coherent as orders move between panels.

Outcome
